Sparkling Peach Bellinis



A step-by-step recipe for making Sparkling Peach Bellinis, a delightful and refreshing cocktail:


Ingredients:


- 2 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, and chopped (or you can use canned peach slices in juice)

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1 tablespoon simple syrup (adjust to taste)

- 1 bottle of chilled Prosecco or sparkling wine

- Fresh peach slices or mint leaves for garnish (optional)

- Ice cubes (optional)


Instructions:


1. Prepare the Peaches:


1.1. If using fresh peaches, peel, pit, and chop them into small pieces.


2. Blend the Peaches:


2.1. Place the chopped peaches in a blender or food processor.


2.2. Add lemon juice and simple syrup to the blender.


2.3. Blend until the mixture is smooth and there are no large chunks of peach remaining. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more lemon juice or simple syrup to reach your desired consistency.


3. Chill the Peach Puree:


3.1. Transfer the peach puree to the refrigerator and chill it for at least 30 minutes to ensure it's nice and cold.


4. Prepare the Bellinis:


4.1. When you're ready to serve, take chilled champagne flutes or wine glasses.


4.2. If desired, add a few ice cubes to each glass to keep the Bellinis cold.


4.3. Pour about 2-3 tablespoons of the chilled peach puree into each glass.


4.4. Top off each glass with chilled Prosecco or sparkling wine. You can adjust the amount of Prosecco to achieve your desired level of sweetness and alcohol content.


5. Garnish and Serve:


5.1. Gently stir each Bellini to combine the peach puree and sparkling wine.


5.2. If desired, garnish with a slice of fresh peach or a mint leaf.


6. Serve Immediately:
