Ingredients:

- 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

Instructions:


1. Gather Your Ingredients:


   - Make sure you have all the ingredients ready.


2. Prepare the Bananas:


   - Peel the ripe bananas and slice them into chunks. Ripe bananas add natural sweetness and creaminess to the smoothie.


3. Blend Bananas and Liquid:


   - Place the banana chunks in a blender.
