Cheese Bhel Puri

Ingredients:


For the Bhel Puri:


- 2 cups puffed rice (murmura)

- 1/2 cup sev (thin gram flour noodles)

- 1/2 cup chopped onions

- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes

- 1/4 cup boiled and diced potatoes

- 2 tablespoons roasted peanuts

- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves

- 1-2 green chilies, finely chopped (adjust to your spice preference)

- 1 tablespoon chaat masala

- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to your spice preference)

- Salt, to taste

- A squeeze of lemon juice


For the Cheese Topping:


- 1/2 cup grated cheese (use your favorite cheese, like mozzarella or cheddar)


Instructions:


For the Bhel Puri:


1. Prepare the Puffed Rice:


- Place the puffed rice in a large mixing bowl.


2. Add Sev:


- Add sev (thin gram flour noodles) to the puffed rice.


3. Add Vegetables:


- To the bowl, add chopped onions, tomatoes, boiled and diced potatoes, and roasted peanuts.


4. Add Green Chilies:


- Add finely chopped green chilies for a spicy kick. Adjust the quantity to suit your taste.


5. Season and Toss:


- Sprinkle chaat masala, red chili powder, and salt over the ingredients in the bowl. Squeeze lemon juice over the top.


- Gently toss all the ingredients together to mix them well. Be careful not to crush the puffed rice.


For the Cheese Topping:


6. Add Grated Cheese:


- Just before serving, sprinkle grated cheese over the prepared Bhel Puri mixture.
