Ingredients:


- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 onion, chopped

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 carrots, diced

- 2 celery stalks, diced

- 1 zucchini, diced

- 1 cup green beans, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces

- 1 cup cabbage, shredded

- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes (or use fresh tomatoes)

- 1 can (14 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed

- 1/2 cup small pasta (such as ditalini or elbow macaroni)

- 6 cups vegetable broth or chicken broth

Instructions:


1. Prepare the Vegetables:


   - Wash and chop all the vegetables as indicated in the ingredients list.


2. Sauté Onions and Garlic:


   - Heat the olive oil in a large soup pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until they become fragrant and translucent.


3. Add Carrots and Celery:
