Ingredients:

- 1 cup whole wheat flour (atta)
- 1/4 cup ghee (clarified butter)
- Water for kneading
- Ghee for deep frying
For Ladoo:

- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

Instructions:
1. Prepare Churma:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour and ghee. Gradually add water and knead it into a firm and smooth dough.
- Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into small balls or discs.
2. Deep Fry Churma:
- Heat ghee for deep frying in a pan. Fry the dough portions until they turn golden brown and crisp. Ensure even frying by flipping them as needed.
- Remove the fried portions and let them cool.
3. Crush Fried Portions:
- Once the fried portions have cooled, crush them using a mortar and pestle or grind them into a coarse powder using a food processor.
4. Make Churma Ladoo:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed churma with powdered jaggery, melted ghee, and cardamom powder.
- Mix everything well until the mixture comes together and can be easily shaped into ladoos.
5. Shape Ladoos:
- Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a round ball by pressing and rolling between your palms. Repeat for the remaining mixture.
6. Garnish (Optional):
- Garnish the churma ladoos with chopped nuts like almonds or cashews if desired.
7. Let Them Set:
- Allow the churma ladoos to set at room temperature for some time. They will firm up as they cool.
