For Ladoo:

- Churma (prepared from the above ingredients)

- 1/2 cup powdered jaggery (adjust according to taste)

- 1/4 cup ghee (melted)

- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

- Chopped nuts (almonds, cashews) for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Prepare Churma:

   - In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour and ghee. Gradually add water and knead it into a firm and smooth dough.

   - Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into small balls or discs.

2. Deep Fry Churma:

   - Heat ghee for deep frying in a pan. Fry the dough portions until they turn golden brown and crisp. Ensure even frying by flipping them as needed.

   - Remove the fried portions and let them cool.

3. Crush Fried Portions:

   - Once the fried portions have cooled, crush them using a mortar and pestle or grind them into a coarse powder using a food processor.

4. Make Churma Ladoo:

   - In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed churma with powdered jaggery, melted ghee, and cardamom powder.

   - Mix everything well until the mixture comes together and can be easily shaped into ladoos.

5. Shape Ladoos:

   - Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a round ball by pressing and rolling between your palms. Repeat for the remaining mixture.

6. Garnish (Optional):

   - Garnish the churma ladoos with chopped nuts like almonds or cashews if desired.

7. Let Them Set:

   - Allow the churma ladoos to set at room temperature for some time. They will firm up as they cool.

8. Serve:

   - Once set, your churma ladoos are ready to be served.

9. Enjoy:

   - Enjoy these sweet and flavorful churma ladoos as a festive treat or a delicious dessert.
