Ingredients:
- Fresh gooseberries (Amla)
- Water

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Amla:
- Take fresh gooseberries (Amla) and wash them thoroughly.
- Cut the Amla into small pieces, removing the seeds. You can also deseed them after boiling if preferred.
2. Boil the Amla:
- In a pot, add the Amla pieces and enough water to cover them.
- Boil the Amla until they become soft. This usually takes around 15-20 minutes.
3. Cool and Blend:
- Let the boiled Amla pieces cool down to room temperature.
- Once cooled, put the Amla pieces in a blender along with a little water.

6. Add Mint (Optional):

7. Dilute (Optional):
- If the Amla juice is too concentrated, you can dilute it with water according to your preference.
8. Chill and Serve:
- Refrigerate the Amla juice for a couple of hours to serve it chilled.
- Pour the juice into glasses and garnish with a mint sprig if desired.
