Guava Smoothie Recipe:


Ingredients:

- 2 ripe guavas, peeled and chopped

- 1 cup yogurt

- 1-2 tablespoons honey or sugar (optional, depending on sweetness preference)

- Ice cubes (optional)


Instructions:


1. Prepare the Guavas:

   - Wash, peel, and chop the ripe guavas. Remove the seeds if they are hard or large.


2. Blend Guavas:

   - In a blender, add the chopped guavas.


3. Add Yogurt:

   - Pour in the yogurt.


4. Sweeten (Optional):

   - Add honey or sugar if you prefer a sweeter smoothie.


5. Blend Until Smooth:

   - Blend all the ingredients until you achieve a smooth consistency. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little water or more yogurt.


6. Check and Adjust:

   - Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or thickness according to your preference. Add more honey, sugar, or yogurt if needed.


7. Add Ice Cubes (Optional):

   - If you want a colder and icier smoothie, you can add a handful of ice cubes to the blender.


8. Blend Again:

   - Blend the smoothie once more to incorporate the ice cubes, if added.


9. Pour and Serve:

   - Pour the guava smoothie into glasses.


10. Garnish (Optional):

   - Garnish with a slice of guava or a mint sprig for a decorative touch.


11. Enjoy:

   - Serve the guava smoothie immediately and enjoy the refreshing and tropical flavors.


Note: Feel free to customize your guava smoothie by adding other fruits like banana, pineapple, or berries. You can also experiment with adding a splash of orange juice for an extra citrusy kick. Adjust the sweetness and thickness to suit your taste preferences.
