Roasted Radishes



Roasted Radishes:


Ingredients:

- 1 bunch of radishes, washed and trimmed

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Optional: chopped fresh herbs like parsley or dill for garnish


Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Cut the radishes into halves or quarters, depending on their size. You want them to be roughly uniform in size so they cook evenly.

3. Place the radishes in a mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.

4. Spread the radishes out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Roast in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the radishes are tender and slightly caramelized, stirring halfway through.

7. Once done, remove from the oven and transfer to a serving dish.

8. Garnish with chopped fresh herbs if desired.

9. Serve hot as a side dish or incorporate them into salads or other recipes as desired.
