Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) boneless chicken breast or firm tofu, sliced into strips

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken breast or tofu strips with soy sauce, sesame oil, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, and sriracha sauce. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
