Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Shrimp
- Rinse the shrimp under cold running water and pat them dry with paper towels.
